Hey guys, i just purchased this game and I am having installation problems. I could not install from disc so I saved the files to the folders like the faq said and the game installed fine. When I try to launch i get the error xinput1_3.dll and it tells me to try re installing the game. I have re installed twice and no luck even after downloading every patch and trying without the patch. Anybody have a solution?

DirectX 9 is missing or not properly installed.

Don't screw around with third-party DLL downloads; the only place to get it is from Microsoft.
