[PC] Witcher 3 - Only english subtitles - how to get polish?

Hello,
My version of The Witcher 3 has only english voices and subtitles. When i go options > language i can only turn subtitles off, i cant change the language.
Where can i download language packs or how can i install polish subtitles?

You need to exit the current game and go to the main menu. There will be under options/language the option to change the text and audio language.

I did it and still - i dont ve a choice to change language.
Does anyone know how to get polish language pack? I don't ve GOG version.
