Quest Progression Bug (possible spoilers- quest names)

Please let me know if this is in the incorrect forum.

I'm level 4 and only a few hours into the game. I just left White Orchard and have done a couple quests in Velen.
I returned to White Orchard and completed the quest Temerian Valuables. Upon completing that quest, the game gave me the quest "Destination: Skellige."
Those two quests do not seem at all related in progression or story, so I was suspicious that this was a bug. Can anyone confirm?

Odd. I got the quest immediately after the chat with Yenn in the palace grounds. 3 of em total, one for novigrad, one for skelige and one for velen.

Ah, sorry, I was misreading my notes. It unlocks early, but you can't do anything about it -- it was supposed to happen.

That's a really odd time to unlock that particular quest, but thank you for the answers! So far nothing game breaking so I'm still enjoying it.
