[PS4 Bug] Innkeeper in Arinbjorn

I'll wait for the patch. I can't redo 200+ hours for 1 card. The only thing you can get is the trophy, but I'd like to have the quest completed on my main save.

Welp, patch is out, got a few minutes until it's done (ps4). Fingers crossed.

I can confirm patch 1.04 on ps4 fixes this issue!! Inkeeper is talking to me again, bought his cards and won a card off him. So happy! Thanks for listening CDPR!

I'm having an issue where Arinbjorn is an abandoned village. I killed all the bandits in the village, but it's not repopulating.
