Game crashes at fast travel every time

I'm on the Ugly Baby quest in Skellige and when i try to fast travel back to Velen the game crashes to desktop every single time. I uploaded a quick 30 sec video so you can see whats happening. Does anyone else have this issue? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q-tPhawKNso

i had a similar issue, the way i got around it is i got on a boat and then traveled to a water port that was in Novigrad (anchor icon) . It's pretty much the same as vellen, after that fast traveling worked again. Hope it works out for you

Having the same problem, but I think it might be tied to the loading screen narration somehow. For me it started last night when I was finishing up some side quests in Skellige. While doing the "Contract: Dragon" quest I really didn't want the sheep to die, so I saved before the sheep got to the bait point and every time the forktail would kill the sheep I would reload. This is where the game would start crashing. The narration would just cut off after a certain point and the game would crash. Eventually I beat it, and just finished up my pending side quests in Skellige, but now I can't travel back to Velen/Novigrad because the naration plays and cuts of with a crash half way through, just like when I was reloading saves from within game.

As for "Follow the Thread" I did that quest a long time ago and prior to last night I've never had problems reloading saves or traveling to other regions.

Also the main quest I'm on is "Final Preparations"

Having the same issue, tried all the solutions without any success. Im done with Hammond quest and much deeper in main story. Started happening after last DLC's. As others mentioned i can Fast travel within Skillega but any attempt outside to ANY other signpost results in crush.

Yes I confirm it's a DLC issue. I have uninstalled the Skellige DLC (Armor + quest) and now I can fast travel between different lands.
