I've just finished Ugly Baby and travelled to Novigrad/Velen to finish a few quests. When I try travelling to Skellige, the game loads for ages then finally crashes. I had a similar problem before Ugly Baby. I travelled to Novigrad/Velen to do Ugly Baby, but then I tried travelling back to Skellige to finish Last Wish first. I couldn't get it to load, so I reverted to an older save where I was still on Skellige.
This is really frustrating as I've invested so much time in this save file. I can't find posts from people with similar problems here, though this Reddit post (with no responses) came up in my searches: .
