GOG backup copy

So i went to studying so i obviously have a laptop
Now i noticed that it is enough to run witcher 2 so i would like to give it a try
on laptop.

So i came to think of GOG's backup copy for witcher 2. Can i just download it and install it from there
or is there a some sort of limitation cause i have the game installed to my desktop at home?
