A big question about the Wild Hunt or at least Eredin

+
Sorry for the off topic but I could not find the way to open a thread,

I have a big question about the Wild Hunt or at least Eredin, If the Witcher was planned as a trilogy why is the Wild Hunt shown as a wraith in TW1 and we have to even defeat him in the end as I said a ghost and then on TW3 its shown as a living thing in flesh and bone Eredin? it was used just as a wraith in TW1 with no plans to use him any more and then change the idea and use him in TW3? Ofc the Wild Hunt on TW1 is mora like books cannon a wraith, and TW3 is only game cannon.

That is the CD Projekt Red official say in this matter?

Thanks.
