Alternate Quen bug (possibly only PC as I cannot test elsewhere)

Alternate Quen should work as alternate Igni/Yrden and Axii, requiring X stamina cost per second, but it instead starts to apply the stamina cost per sec only if the cost of normal Quen is met (in vanilla the full stamina bar).

For example: you have 40 stamina, alternate Quen should work immediately and detract 15 stamina for every second you keep the shield active. Instead it doesn't either start because it checks the normal Quen stamina usage requirement (100) and that amount in this case is not available atm. If you had 100 stamina then it would work fine, detracting 15 stamina every second you pull it up.

The fact that this bug is not mentioned anywhere it is evidence enough that practically nobody uses alternate Quen as the normal one already does what the alternate mode should do and even better (given the way it is designed). However use a mod that changes the way Quen work (maybe by adding a stamina delay) and then alternate Quen becomes very handy, but, sadly, practically useless because of this bad bug (in fact there's no way to either add a different stamina cost for alternate Quen as the command to do so is not recognized in the scripts).
