Appeal to developers and Directx 12

Dear CD Projekt Red developers, I don't know anything about game development, but I want to ask.

Why do you use for the implementation of Directx 12 and RT, outdated version of directx 12 agility sdk version 1.600.10, when there is an actual version 1.608.0, and why do you use an outdated version of directx shader compiler recently released on github actual version with improvements and fixes, I saw it all on the files dxcompiler. dll, dxil.dll, D3D12Core.dll and d3d12SDKLayers.dll, at best they could have updated these files to current versions and finally fix the poor performance on Direcx 12.
