I recently started up a new game and have already put in about 45 hours into it, last save files were from last night. I tried to start up this morning and the game would just crash to desktop without a message. I've been reading through various threads and forums and trying various fixes, but nothing is working. Even trying a new game will crash. Just don't understand what changes from last night to today that would have stopped the game from working.
Here is what I've tried so far:

I'm at a loss and really want to get back into the game, but so far I've spent 3-4 hours trying to get it to work with no avail.
System specs:
OS: Windows 10 Pro
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790K CPU @ 4.00GHz
Installed RAM: 32.0 GB
GPU: RTX 2080
Here is what I've tried so far:
- Trying to load older different save files
- Trying to start a new game
- Updating with clean install of GPU driver
- Lowering all graphics to as low as possible
- uncaping framerate
- Verifying game files
- Removing all mods
- Complete uninstall and reinstall
- Moving the full install to a different drive other than the main OS drive
