Dandelion Narration Question

So I installed the EE and just finished the prologue to get to the Dandelion narration. Now my question is anything supposed to play because I get sound effects the narration and a black screen. So is this normal?

Nope. Theres a cutscene there as well as the narration.

Dang did a reload still got a blank screen. Not sure what is up with it. I will go to the technical support section.
