Dialogue Loading Bug - Expansion Pass

Hi,
finished the game, finally, and bought the expansion pass. After installing i started a new game+. Now, on every dialogue, I see a loading circle and the screen gets blurry. On every dialogue and choice. Never had this issue before so it must have something todo with the expansions. Unplayable like that and now I am really disappointed.

Any solutions or workaround for that? Please see image of the blurry screen.

Are you using mods? Blurry screen during dialogues most often occurs (on PC, at least) when you're using too many of them. If that's the case, download this one:

Hi,
i have 4 small mods + hd reworked project. Never had any issues on first walkthrough.

Tried the mod you suggested, problem persists.

Try running the game with no mods, if you don't encounter any issues, add them one by one and see which one of them is causing you problems.
If even the unmodded game is giving you blurry screen, the only advice I can give you is to reinstall/repair the game.
