I have been having an issue where all the voicelines sound muffled ever since I updated to windows 11. All my drivers are supposedly updated, I have reinstalled the game, verified the integrity of its files on steam, and still nothing. I've read some people have this issue with surround sound on, but I've only found "spatial sound" (not sure if it's different or not) and it's off.
