Fast Travelling to Vizima will make Geralt overburdened

After fast travelling to Vizima, the game will mark Geralt as overburdened for no reason. You have to reload that AutoSave to make the overburden go away.

I confirm this bug.

This seems to be caused by the game not recognizing the Saddlebags' carry capacity boost after you fast travel to Vizima and just uses the base weight instead.

142/220 -> game disregards Zerrikanian Saddlebags' +100 and you're overburdened at 142/120.

I've tried the same save file with 119/220 carry weight, and it does not overburden in that case (119/120).

EDIT: This was reproduced in 4.04 on Steam, no mods
