Fix messy scroll in game menu please

A lot of people probably know about this bug. When you scroll the vertical in game menu you get misplaced feedback on entries you chose, for example instead of going back you can find yourself in game settings or it won't react at all on your clicks, etc. It will only work as intended as long as you don't scroll. It's UI, basic function of the game that every player sees and interacts with, so please, CDPR, fix it.

I've got also issues with settings menu. Sometimes when I try to adjust some graphic setting I have to press controller many times and different places or little bit above the controller before setting changes. Also sometimes ESC does not work before I move mouse cursor on another setting.

Also, when I try to scroll down my saves from "Load save" menu I constantly get reset to the top of the saves list, so I'm unable to scroll through to older saves. Not very useful, nor convenient
