Ideally Vampire the masquerade, I think if they got contracted to do Bloodlines 2 it would rock. That aside, I also think Obsidian could do really well with a VtM game consider many of the core team are from Interplay/BIS.

And while perhaps a conflict of interest I'd love for them to take a crack at Shadowrun.
