I know Deus Ex, Observer, Shadowrun, maybe the first System Shock for the intro and setting, Blade Runner (1997), E.Y.E.: Divine Cybermancy (never played), Requiem: Avenging Angel, Ruiner.

The only other purely cybeprunk genre games I can recall is Deus Ex series. I like CP2077 much more.
I guess there were also some Shadowrun games but that world is more of a combination of cyberpunk sci-fi and pure fantasy.
You have to take into consideration that cyberpunk is a subgenre of sci-fi. So not all sci-fi is cyberpunk.
