hello,having issues with graphics

it appears when i print screen it looks normal but in fact colors are shinny and very weird only in velen

So it's okay when you print it? If that's so I would assume that it's some sort of calibration issue of the monitor.

You could also try these steps (it's from the Cyberpunk support website, but the steps are basically the same for TW3):
