How to reset game options outside of game?

I set ingame resolution to 4k (with NVIdia DSR) but left screenmode at "Borderless Window". Now the windows is 4k large but stretched beyond my monitor and I can't access the settings menu ingame anymore. Is there a way to reset the options to default outside of the game or where can I find the options file to edit resolution manually?

Look under your documents folder. There will be a file user.settings you can modify the setting there
