Here is a short list of issues I'VE encountered - It does not list the most common ones that youtube is full of.

- Overbright issue in some vehicle interiours during regular sunlight (adaptive exposure issue - looks like)
-The attack on arasaka tower in Silverhand's flashback is all kinds of broken. Helicopter interior has no lighting, objects at the distance are hovering around the rooftop. Missing various audo effects, like the dude getting shot etc.
- In the Queen of the highway, for Panam, when you walking up the stairs, to control room (to highjack the locomotive) there is "Jack in" prompt, at the first platform, right when you see a sign "exit". If you do jack in, you get pulled thru the wall/mesh, while doing 90° turn, in to the storage room under the/next to the staircase - DONT DO IT! its a trap xD
- Copperhead gun has missing item icon - very often.
- During various cutscenes characters cut out and other character starts talking or they talk over each other - same is happening when story NPC escort missions. As you walk thru various dialogue triggers on the location NPC starts dialogue only to get cut off 2 seconds into it, starting other one - the fix could be "play the game slower damit" xD and I will.
- Vehicle headlights and their lod issue, causes them to shine headlights in the distance, but when more complex model loads, they turn off/stop shining (the reflection and light it self on the environment remains) And sometimes, later they eventually load, but not always and not all vehicles. It just is very distracting during night especially.
- on specific monitors (with orange rim) V jacks in directly in to the screen/display (LOL)
- Overtrue revolver pickup animation (where V checks ammo) has a bug, where the revolver dum does not open - During
regular reload it works perfectly (this issue seems only happening when revolver has a scope attached)
- Misty's tarot does not appear on the table for me - in my CP it is imaginary tarot (she still holds the deck) - at the ending quest/sequence it works fine.
- Panzer's barrel from first person view is not articulated - well from any view. Static model - shooting straight using smart ammo would fix this without need to touch the model.
- Judy after she "left night city" Is still hanging around in her apartement (male V playthru)
- Drive-in cinema dialogues with Johnny and Rogue, before watching the movie, cut out and skip over each other - might be because I've already visited this location before.
- If you look around the Kerry'S villa, before you talk to him, you wont get any comments from Johnny. After the sequence ends and you are free to look around again (and call nancy) Johnny quickly skips thru all the reactions he would've have - again cutting out as the engine catches up with queued triggers.
- Kerry's robe is glitched and from hips down calculates with some sort of offset =/
- When getting in to newly decorated car with Nancy, that mazing atmospheric rain disappears =C
- When seeing the graffiti for "Fool on the hill" there is often a comment prompt, but when activating it V stays silent
- Upon arriving on to the farm with River (amazing quest btw) he drives pretty slowly, but then out of nowhere car snaps in to driving really fast as he sais "hold on to anything!" - Its really jarring and glitchy =C
- The purchasable cars are great, if they weren't half-sunk in the ground, they would be even greater. - never mind - that's random cars all over - punch them and they are fine xD
- The game just downgraded my all rare mods of my stashed weapons to common
- On several locations cars just drive thru concrete blocks - half-clip thru them and half getting massive damage - very distracting and immersion breaking
- Security bots in guinea pigs don't react to me - if it is because I disabled turrets, maybe it should be written somewhere that turrets are also securty bots.
- Sometimes above head subtitles appear and hang around even when I have turned them off long time ago.
- Malestrum fleeing in his car in Six feet under didn't stay in the car and car made no sound, nor crash/impact noise, when it crashed in to the wall (scripted event). Ragdoll just fell to the ground (where the car spawned?)
- When I put down 8ug8ear netrunner cause I wanna sort out some enemies, she teleports back in to the room, where I disconnected her - weird and confusing.
- Sometimes landmines don't make that arming noise, so I don't know I am standing too close when disarming them - and I die (I'd remove the sound entirely >D - laser ones don't make sound either)
- Texture glitch on the River's revolver Crash - the zigzag pattern is mostly invissible, it partially appears during reload as revolver model is getting tilted in to different positions - it would seem that decal projection is set up at wrong angle.
- Audio of Jonhy's concert (while performing) was absolutely horrendous, could barely hear that guitar, heard Kerry's very loudly, than mine started to be loud, the entire mix was just ??? wtf- it was all of.
- Mackinaw MKL1, shows Mackinaw "beast" ICON in the vehicle menu - it is not the same tho - it has black bunny and slightly different perspective. Mackinaw MKL1 that I bought tho, is regular civil version.
- Various textures with alpha chanel render very often with a vissble texture border. be it parts of scopes/holosights or elements on the minimap and even weapon/item icons in the inventory.
- During arasaka ending - the arasaka AI voice not audible - confused hell outta me. (I know about it only cause of subtitles)
- also during arasaka ending - Takemura ordered troops to be stealthy (based on my suggestion) they stormed in regardless.
- When ariving at arasaka tower our AV clipped thru the model of the outer wall - was there suppose to be door? or is the ARASAKA technology so advanced they can just phase thru solid matter ? xD
**Anyways this game is fantastic! I've enjoyed it very much - too much almost (222hours) and I cant wait to jump in there for more playthrus =) What a ride that was! I'm not gonna repeat my steam review in here - this post is long enough, Hang in there CDPR! <3**
