Is it possible to move my savegame from PS4 to PC?

Thanks for the amazing game. Love it!
I was hyped to death before release and bought the PS4 and the PC version of the game.

After switching to the PC version, I could not go back to the PS4 version. Controlling with Mouse+KB are much more fluid than with a controller for me. Also the higher drawing distance is so much immersive on the PC. And last but not least, the loading times are much shorter.

So my question:
Is there a way to move my PS4 savegame over to the PC? I've tried to copy the files to a USB stick and move the "ManualSave.0" .bin file to the Witcher3 savegame folder. But it looks like the savegames on PC has another format (.sav). Is there a way to convert these?

Question: did you tried to plug your keyboard and mouse to the PS4 (I don't know if it's possible)?
