[major end game spoilers] So what happens to Geralt's friends?

I just finished the main quest and I couldn't find any information on what happens to Geralt's friends.
I romanced Triss and Ciri ended up as empress.

So Triss ends up as the adviser to the king in Kovir and Geralt moves in with her. But what about Yen?
Dandelion I assume remains in Novigrad to run his cabaret and to be with Priscilla, but what about Zoltan? I would've thought he would not remain in the city what with the pogrom against non-humans.

I don't suppose there's any information on the supporting cast - characters such as Vernon Roche, the sorceresses that helped in the final battle, etc? I assume the Lodge is re-established and ends up in Nilfgaard, given Emhyr's amnesty that Yen wrangled from him?

Sadly there is little information about any of this. A big issue(among many) with the ending and the direction the story and narrative took.

A masterpiece of a game on the surface, that sadly has a spoiled(rotten?) core that few people get to see...
