Matter of time, River Ward braindance bug

In 2nd or 3rd quest from NCPD detective there's a bug in braindance analysis. Pointing at teacher doesn't clear visual analysis timeline, leaving braindance impossible. Btw I thought it was a joke, cause this braindance ends with teacher turning into a cow. I watched this cow for a long time.

Got same bug. I was wondering if maybe i am doing something wrong.

I pressed X (keyboard) at the end of the braindance part one and it got me to the second part .
Maybe that helps you as well.

I've found a solution - you have to click "X" on keyboard on pc.

When we do this quest on the braindance scene, it's not clear we have to push on x (default hotkey to go on the next braindance or to end the last). The menu for exit with X didn't appear for me.
Plus, the switch view in braindance (view, sound, thermal) bugs , I was stuck as 3d view and can't switch to 1st view in, the braindance.
At least, the x hotkey runs when we know we have to push it.

I got this bug as well and was stuck until I read you just press X to continue. Is there supposed to be a prompt? Has anyone had this work correctly?

You don't have to scan the teacher.
Scan points are the two boards on the wall before exiting the lunch room and the trophy in the first hallway.
Then the prompt to go to the next braindance should come up.
