My list of bugs/issues i noticed so far
-During game play screen freezes, after that im thrown to desktop and cannot interact with Witcher or anything else, gem runs in background even-so.. i can hear all sound from game. (Ctl-Alt-Del seem working to close application). Happened once so far.
- Instant NPC pop-ups. And that seems happened only for worshipers near shrines
- Some traders in Velen are "DUPLICATED"!!!! when i speak to a trader i can see inside that trader another one DIFFERENT trader
-During random NPC dialogs sometimes they seems to speak in a fast forward mode
- Item duplication (double bow) in a tutorial area in front of a very first tavern: boy with a bow have another one stuck under him in a ground
