No Roche at the Hanged Man's Tree

Wanted to play the Sidemission an eye for an eye Quest. But at the Hanged Man's Tree i can not find Roche. The Questmarker is active.
Apparently you also need this quest for the platinum trophy. Of course, this would be very annoying, and I would then stop playing this game.
Why wasn't this fixed?

Try to clear the cache at first (I guess you're on Playstation).
