Placement of MODS in files
Moderators: Didn't know if this belongs here, but move if needed please.
So I have a question about placement of the mods in TW2. When it states to put the mod in the CookedPC folder, are they meaning that their entire mod folder goes in that CookedPC folder, or are they meaning to copy the contents of the mod folder into the CookedPC folder?
The reason I question this is the description will sometimes say "Put the mod in the CookedPC folder and overwrite if questioned". That should be self explanatory, but it never once says copy the contents of the mod folder into the CookedPC folder. Because how is it supposed to ask if I want to overwrite if there is not a folder named what the modder named it in the first place?
Example #1: Melitele's Heart As It Was MEANT to BE by thebunnyrules
Example #2: Radovid Persuasion Fix (This one is confusing because of what it says for un-installing. Not once in the install does it mention about the file)
These are just 2 examples, there are others, but if I can understand it fuller I won't run into any problems.
