Please solve to Sign bug Vesemir Tutorial

I cant release the signal requested by Vesemir during the tutorial.
I press Q and see message "You cannot do that now."
I just keep Tutorial, but when I have first fight in white orchard I see "You cannot do that now." again.

I obviously tried resetting key bindings, restarting the game, selecting different signs, etc.
But this bug is not solved. Please I want solve this bug.

My version is Steam 1.32

Are you sure you selected the correct sign before casting it?
Did you install any mods ?

In general, you can also skip the tutorial and see if sign casting works better after that.
