Its been over six years since this game came out and yet I find myself finally playing it. If you are in a similar position or you have played it before and are replaying it I have discovered a pretty decent quality of life tip. The tip pertains to the mastercraft blacksmith in the blood and wine DLC. His inventory and gold reset after completing " The Night of Long Fangs" quest and following through to finishing the DLC. Why this is a quality of life tip is because his shop feature gets very laggy when there is to much stuff in his inventory and if your like me and really wanted gold so you could get a set of every mastercraft armor and fully upgrade the runewright you may have done the kaer morhen sword exploit to get some easy gold. Alas but selling him all these swords laggs up his shop feature. So my tip to you is use him for all he is worth before completing the previously mentioned quest that way when you complete it his inventory clears out so he is not laggy again and he resets with around 10,000 gold. Hope this helps someone who finds themselves playing this game.
