Questions about Updated version of Gwent

I'm playing "old" Gwent on my PC via the Xbox App.

1) When will the new version be available? Is it the same time Homecoming is being released for Xbox?
2) Will all my cards, rankings, titles, borders, etc. be transferred from my old version of the game to the new one?

Can't wait to play new Gwent and Homecoming when they're released!

1. The 4th of December is the planned release of Homecoming for the consoles.
2. All your cards will be auto-milled for full scrap value. Your other trinkets will be transferred. Your rank and level will be converted to the new ranking system.

Like subject, I can't find any info on this. i just noticed on the thronebreaker store entry that it is only available on Xbox. How about homecoming?

I can't say for sure. No reason to change it, I would assume. Another user asked the same question in the Ask a Dev thread, but it hasn't been answered yet.
