Reasons of State broke on me.

I'm stuck at the part where you need to get passed the blockade. Roche and Cyn are just standing there doing nothing and Radovid yells at his dead men.


I looked up the issue online and people were telling to not wait for Roche and straight kill the guys near the blockade. So I did that, ignored Roche and went all the way up but now the enemies won't take any damage and Roche catched up.

Is there any good way to get rid of this glitch or am I gonna have to reload my game and not do the quest?

I've encountered this bug once before. In my case, I found that reloading a save prior to speaking to Radovid on his galley seemed to correct the problem.
