Received a second beta invitation?

I only applied for the beta once, yet today I received a second invitation, three days after the first. The mail looks exactly like the first and came to the same adress. Is this genuine and if so, can I pass the invite to someone else without losing my own access?

Tried it myself for science by giving it to a friend. Code does not work. Tis the same code you used. it will not nick it from you either.
