Screen size issue

I recently downloaded Gwent for the PS4 and things seem to run well so far except I have an issue with the screen. The game screen is too small, with black areas surrounding it, i.e. it doesn´t fit properly. There are no scaling options in the settings, atleast I didn´t find any.

That's weird... I'm on PS4 too and I never noticed this. Could you post a screenshot?

I assume that you don't have this issue with other games? Just thinking if there's something in PS4 settings that could affect to this.

Here are the screenshots. As you can see the Geralt loading screen looks perfectly fine with the black edges becoming visible afterwards. I have not had this issue with any other game as far as I can recall and the PS home screen is normal sized as well.
