Does anybody know what the origin is behind the skull tattoo wearing a crown smoking a cigar? I've seen it in Witcher 3 as well as Metro Exodus. The Skellige warrior has it tattooed on the right side of his chest and Krest from Metro Exodus has it on his arm. It's apparently an old russian prison tattoo but I can't seem to find the meaning behind it although it's being used in 2 different games that I'm fond of. If anyone knows and could tell me I would appreciate it. Thank you.
