Slower Aim Sensitivity Please

Hi developers

it would be great to have an option for controller to make the sensitivity slower when aiming the gun , it is the same or faster than normal sensitivity when exploring
aiming weapons is very difficult now

(i see there is an option on contrls menu but i doesn't do anything, doesn't work or the difference in sensitivity is too small)

i use controller on PC
