Here is a picture of her from OLD files from the original game. Some people have claimed to seen her in the game but they think it might be from mods.
However there are files with her in the original game so she probably was cut content?

That's from AMM. The only legit file for her was the headmesh.

The other put spawn locations for her around the game after people got hold of the script that mentions her. She's not from 2013 or 2020, but she may be in the RED campaign or something else.
