When geralt first finds ciri she talks about the worlds she's been to. And she mentioned in one of them people have metal things in their head. Chipps. I dont remember exactly the words, but it sounds like she went to cyberpunk 2077 before the game was even known to exist, or is this a new addition to witcher 3?
Did ciri really go to cyberpunk 2077?
And does ciri also exist in cyberpunk 2077? like, does she make an appearance there?

Was that an easter egg or a developer thing that they all knew they were working on a second game?
