[STEAM]Pre load sometimes download files

Hello,
I know this sounds kinda weird, but on my Steam, sometimes, even with the Pre-load finished, and by sometimes I mean, every 3 Hours, Steam downloads more and more files for Witcher 3, is this happening to more of you?

Steam always does this for pre-loads, always says it's downloaded 0 bytes, not too sure why either but it's normal so don't worry about it

i guess steam client checks for updates and see if the game is unlocket some way .. nothing to bother about =P
