Which issue are you actually trying to solve, @DC9V? If it's an escape from the continuing unbalanced meta, then there is Seasonal and Arena, as pointed out by others. If it's an attempt to create an actual balanced mode, then your suggestion is not going to work either because you can never create a balanced game when the meta is fixed. Besides, if CDPR cannot balance the current game then they won't be able to balance a fixed meta either, regardless of whether it could have been possible. Furthermore, such a game mode is going to get boring real fast with the same decks.
