Texture pop in's back with 1.11?

Had played 1.10 for a week and didn't exeperience any major pop in's.

Now with 1.11 in the first few hours I see lot's of pop in's (like beards and such in cut-scenes poping in a second later), also for instance textures on houses, roofs etc poping slowly in when nearing object.

I thought this was gone for good with 1.10 :(
 
Yes and the lod/shadow problem was already here in 1.10. I have a lot of pop texture or shadow on the walls and roof.

No it was not , this problem started again in 1.11 with the returning of texture pop-ins i agree with BetaWitcher.

In 1.10 there was less till almost no pop-ins, they probably did this again for optimalisation performance increase but i am no fan of it.

Not for me, I already have the problems in 1.10. It's the first thing I have tested after the 1.11 update.
