The toughest bosses fight in Witcher 3 is guard fight?

after final ending i start in Kaer Morhen watching beautiful scenery with peaceful music. everything is quiet like the world of witcher is going to end, plus i have almost finished all side quests, there's not really much things i could do.

so i decide to challenge to a fight with guards because they're just 10+levels above my current levels in death match mode. the guards are so powerful and every single hit against you will make you lose half of the Vitality,especially guards with long spear.


i tried a couple of times to fight through Crow’s Perch,the baron's place in velen and finally fight over all of them.it's the most difficult fight i've been through 'cause there are a lot of guards with massive vitality to be depleted. i have to hit a every single of them multiple times or waiting for them to bleed out. the same time i have to block or avoid attack.

and now trying fight in novigrad 'cause guards in there are tougher and their fight skill is much enhanced.

human opponents are easy to defeat, you just need to use proper weapons.. use bleeding effect weapons on them..

yeah i already use bleeding runes to bleed out of them , but it's very slow

Just curious, is it EXP rewarding?

nope, it is not. you will get much more experience by killing drowners under water.. (and its much simpler, plus they respawn)

The devs need to take a different approach to difficulty for CP2077

They have made the guards appositely so difficult as to not fight them (they always scale level much higher than you and have even more HP than bosses). It is a crude method and not realistic but it is there to prevent you from having Geralt get out of lore and kill/fight people he would never fight/kill.
