Tremors is Broken

Doesn't matter what you play. The only META deck Tremors+Ithlinne is good against is Dwarves. If you're playing Resurrect/Discard SK or Bear SK, good for you, but it doesn't mean everyone else is. For good reason.

If you're throwing your entire hand out Round 1. It's called greeding. That's where Ithlinne+Tremors is great, and only if you have 10+ minions with 1-2 units. Ergo, 10+ units in 11 card including spells isn't something any deck in the meta can consistently pull. Except Dwarves.

If you're complaining about Tremors, and Tremors alone. You do realise that Lacerate is better in almost every way than a single Tremor? Tremors only works well with Ithlinne, and Ithlinne only exists to punish you -greeding- and going deep Round 1. Passing mid turn, or after a 14+ tempo lead (which usually causes your opponent to play a good card, or go down CA) makes Ithlinne useless.

100%, nerf Dwarves and Ithlinne complaints will be limited to SK players. They'll drop to almost nothing overnight. They may use it, but an Ithlinne is far more effective against them than their Ithlinne will be against, say, NG.

This is all complete rubbish. The meta has changed significantly due to the introduction of create and the proliferation of resurrection tech. Most decks now put a lot of bodies onto the field as a standard part of their operating procedure. NG Alchemy use res chains with alchemists and ointment and Slave Driver as key tempo maintenance, for example. Anything NR usually puts a lot of bodies on the field as well (though obviously armour decks don't care about tremors much; machines however usually puts a huge amount down). Then there's monster decks which again put a lot of bodies on the field, any monsters deck that uses woodland spirit (which is many because it's one of the best faction golds they have), and so on and so forth. The reason the complaints have sprung up is not because Dorfs or because Dorf meta, it's because the entire meta has changed to lean more heavily towards more bodies ergo more targets for tremors to hit, ergo Ithlinne has broken tremors, in an environment where that spell can hit all factions and most decks for massive power swings.

Lacerate is almost never better than tremors in this environment because decks do their best to avoid row stacking to play around gigni. The exception are decks which can force other players to line up using movement effects.

This is exacerbated because Agitator allows the ST player to reliably pull dwarven skirmishers, who can use their 3 damage to set the opposing board up for multiple golem summons out of tremors (or scorches or whatever). Even if dorf.deck gets nerfed into the ground (as it should), Ithlinne + tremors will still be an obscenely powerful play because of the state of the game. Using skirmishers, Ithlinne can hit 20+ value from tremors with just 5 targets, in an environment where multiple common round 3 plays summon a minimum of 3 units at the same time.

There's nothing wrong with Tremors. I agree with whoever said Ithlinne's ability needs to be changed instead of messing with the spell. This whole double cast thing was kind of a bust from the beginning.

Make it something new, like "Spawn Ithlinne's Prophecy - Damage all non-elf units by 3 and apply White Frost" or whatever.

I'd be inclined to suggest that Ithlinne just makes a copy of a bronze or silver spell and plays that. Provided scorch is given the doomed tag, it won't be more powerful than it already is, and will make it easier to balance spell cards.

Isengrim: Outlaw already does that.
