Ves is cheating

It would appear that VES that has a one round delay is allowed to use her 4 strike while still showing ZZZ's on her profile.
This is a big advantage for those using her but it's not correct.

She hits for four points - the "zzz" relates to her additional ability to give a unit zeal.

Deploy. Damage an enemy unit by 4.
Order. Give an allied unit Zeal

Nothing wrong with it. Clear as day.

She indeed works as intended.

It however demonstrates how good this card is.

A 3 body who deals 4 damages for 8 provisions is already a pretty acceptable deal.

And her order ability adds a lot more value.
