Well that crash scared the "...." out of me
On ps4 Pro crashed to blue support screen when clicking to exit the summary after a casual match. Exited the ps blue support page and the ps desktop was totally non responsive. I was surprised that I could press the PS button, and used this to try restart the machine. It hung on the blue restart screen "do not un plug the power cord whilst the light is on or flashing". Sounds like good advice. Checked for ps nz customer service, closed. Can't leave it hung like this, tried pressing and holding the on off button for forced power off, nothing. So the only thing left was to do what it says not to, pull the plug. Thankfully after its disc scan it booted, slowly. I have had crashes in other games but I'm posting this as Gwent OB is the first to lock my dashboard.
