What does Cerys (Counter 4) really do?

Frankly, I don't really get it. The card descriptions in the new patch really get me crazy. It seems that the devs expect to clarify the card functions by adding more words but it turns out that I get more confused even I have been with Gwent since CB.

Counter = Starts ticking upon activation of a certain condition. In Cery's case the counter will tick down (4-3-2-1) every time a unit is ressurected.
If you operator a queensguard and ress 4 queensguard they'll automatically pull cerys out of the graveyard too (since 4 units is ressurected, the counter ticks down 4 times reaching 0 and activating cerys ability).
