I hope CP77 is extremely mature in all elements, as much as they can get away with, and more so than the Witcher ever was. I feel like Cyberpunk should be a world where the worst of humanity is accentuated and pure innocence is quickly smothered by a grim life masked with neon light. Daring you to try to do good when faced by a the realities of a morally bankrupt world.
If there aren't clubs and prostitution, imma riot. Would be great to give you the option to be a part of that yourself in fact, to really play your own character trying to make their way in this world.
A nudity filter could be a feature in the game's options too, with a censor option (Ala Saints Row) and a nevernude option (Ala Skyrim / Fallout). I wonder if that will help an ESRB rating if such was an option.
With the transgender stuff mentioned in this topic, I don't think it's even a legitimate question in a setting such as Cyberpunk or in the real world 20-40 years from now. Bodies are heavily modifiable. Just think, you can have entirely cybernetic bodies or replace all your limbs but can't change a few sex organs around? That seems highly suspect. I believe anyone who experiences such thoughts would simply be capable of fully adopting their preferred body.
Meanwhile personally I feel it's pretty sexist to say I would in some way have to be part male just because as a woman I display some male personality quirks like liking video games, sometimes liking to be on top, or sometimes being a little too brash. Personality traits aside, the physical nature of the sexes becomes entirely irrelevant when you can have the body you desire with just a quick nap on the operating table. I do believe full replacement bodies are a thing in Cyberpunk, right?
You don't even need to go that far, but that's there as an option itself. Or your normal body could be fully re-equipped. I'm sure artificial wombs would be a thing too, organ transplants and lab-grown organs made as though your own. So any man who dreams of being a woman could get the full experience, or vice versa. And perhaps even keep the original body (If fully replaced) in storage to return to, possibly, if they ever want to go back. Or just skip over to another new body.
