infinite hp in heart of stone (after 1st story quest) Help.

So i dont know what to do, i have infinite hp (didnt use any trainer or sth like that, never).

I was fighting with frog (prince) and got killed 1 time. After this when the ship crash i spawn with 10m value of hp and guards/mages hits me for 0 hp.

Please help, how can i fix it?

Is it only that i can do? I wan to fix the game asap. Any other ideas or tips?
Ofc i will send the save to Red's but yeah it will take 1 week to investigate and etc.
