One thing I am wondering about is whether or not we will be able to do lip animation without recording voices.

@Costin: That's what I was wondering about, too. However, apart from that, I believe that even unprofessional voice-overs would be better than no voice-overs at all. And these you can surely get for free from the community, friends and yourself with little to no effort.
