Which game is patched better- TW2 from GOG or TW2-EE from GOG? Which has less graphical/technical bugs?

Title says it all!! My friend wants to buy Witcher 2 on PC but not sure which version is more polished. By polished I mean in terms of smoother graphics & less game bugs.

So, which game is patched better & u would recommend-
TW2 original game from GOG
OR
TW2-EE from GOG that came out recently?

Which has less graphical/technical bugs & will play smoother?

I'm not sure you can get the original game from GOG anymore. I think that even if you bought the original game, if you download it now, you get the EE. I know it's that way on my GOG account.

EE has more content; 2.0 is less troublesome. Either way, you need a powerful, very solid computer to run it.

I think the original TW2 can't be purchased anymore only the EE, because the normal automatically switched to EE in case of my account too.
