Problem with these cards is that they've eliminated the permanency of the effect - it now only lasts a few turns and doesn't do a great deal of damage.
These effects should last for the entire round - or until removed by the relevant counter play - as is the case in true GWENT. Yeah, armour should be ignored and damage directly caused to various units despite armour. I'd suggest that certain beasts are immune from weather affects - bears and wolves (with fur) would not be affected by cold. Siren and similar should not be affected by rain; dragons should not be affected by fire, etc., etc. (perhaps some of this is already the case...).
